Office Building at NH 8A contemporary office building at National Highway near Ambience Mall. The approach to design this building to have big and open office with views to national highway which is always in motion. It includes retail spaces at ground floor and offices on upper floors. The façade of the building responds to the orientation having terrace gardens and green roof areas designed to reduce the heat island and also have a view towards highway and Aravalli terrain.
Resort at PanchkulaResort (stop-over kala aamb raj rani road) Site area: 5 Acre The resort is located in Panchkula, Haryana. A project which is a stopover at Kala aamb raj rani road. A restaurant with 100 people capacity at 2 levels, a bar, studio huts and guest house with 50 rooms have been considerately integrated around a huge water fountain at the centre creating a sense of contact with the nature. The project sets the buildings for a special relationship with the nature through the views that open up towards the skies as well as new plantings and landforms. Natural stones have been used for the construction. Furthermore, the huts were constructed using the Expanded polystyrene (EPS) which is a light weight material that enabled us to complete the whole construction within the mere time span of 2 months.
Ramji FarmsSite Area: 6692 Sq. Ft. The farmhouse is located in the lush green area of Chattarpur, New Delhi. The farmhouse is all about fulfilling one’s dream. The three-bedroom, terraced house with the standard living, dining , lounge, kitchen area and three bathrooms was morphed into a private space with a lavish feel. The client had always favored the luxurious space, so the important aspect in the design process for this was to create a home that oozes out luxury while still meeting the needs of the owner. The result of the layout is generous amount of natural light that fills the house and the feeling of spaciousness that extends to the lawn areas.
Parth Garment FactorySite Area: 4845 Sq. Ft. Parth is garment factory which is sited at Phase-6 Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. The clients of the project were aspiring to establish a modern factory for over 100 employees in four levels. We interpreted this with the intention of creating an open work culture. The space was intended to create an atmosphere that would enhance the experience of those within it, as well as their work. Furthermore, GRC jaali and glass were strategically used to give it a modern appearance. The result was a space that is transformative, intuitive and eclectic.
J Plaza Motel, ManesarClient: Devender Anand Site area: 48450 sq. ft. Site is located at Manesar which is hub of all major National & International campuses and has the backdrop of Aravalli Hills with a great panoramic view. First Mall on NH8 after Manesar towards Dharuhera with modern amenities. Location and orientation of the building is in order to optimize the use of passive solar energy, natural day lighting, and natural breezes and ventilation. Landscape was designed to preserve and restore the region’s natural habitat while emphasizing the use of indigenous, hardy, drought resistant trees, shrubs, plants and turf. It comprises of food Court, theme Restaurant, retail factory outlets, Banks & ATMs, coffee shops, apparel stores etc.
Measure Gym & Salon, GurgaonBulit- up Area: 5000 Sq. Ft. The location of the Gym & Salon is in sector 56, Gurgaon. The brief given by the client was to achieve a contemporary salon that is unique and distinct, creating a continuous and cohesive visitor experience with a strong emphasis of brand recall. The salon is on the first floor. The whole layout was reworked with an entrance from the existing Measure gym & spa which was also renovated fully and Aerobics Hall and cross-fits were added to it. It has been given a minimalistic and contemporary approach to have a visual connection between the spaces created. A balance between light and dark tones with restrained use of colors has been used to achieve warm ambience. All the furniture within the salon has been designed to visually emphasis a larger floor space.
Levidia CrosswoodsClient: Levidia Infra Site area: 1.5 Acre Site is located approximately 45 kms from Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi NH-8 and 25 km from Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon. The project is a cluster of 5 separate farmhouses, situated in the lush green environment of Bhudka, Manesar. Each farmhouse is a luxurious four bedroom unit with individual courtyards, common swimming pool & children’s play area. The whole cluster is built over approximately 1.5 acre area. The site is sufficiently distanced from the main road by huge courtyards. Each farmhouse has dense trees around them and has been planned in such a way that it provides ample open space to the each Farmhouse owner.
Govt School, BijnoreSite Area: 22600 sq ft The School is sited at Majhera Shakru, district Bijnor. The school consists of Entrance Lobby, Principal room & Staff room, 5 class rooms, Accommodation Halls for students with kitchen & store. The school was designed for about 100 students. All the multi-functional zones blend the indoor and outdoor seamlessly. The nature of an institution and budgetary constrains demanded the use of cost effective design solutions to keep up with the price points set by the client and yet to be able to achieve the desired functions and effect. Passive climate control method such as open courtyard has been incorporated creating a considerably well ventilated and day-lit space.
Residence at Bodhi Marg, GurgaonResidence for Mr. Kamran & Mr. Imran Site Area: 2800 sq. ft. The house is sited on a 35’x79’ in Bodhi Marg, DLF Phase- I, Gurgaon. The house can be identified by overlapping spatial categories split into three levels--- the private domain of the family( bedrooms) , the shared inter-generational spaces, such as family room, kitchen and dining areas and the fluid public domain of the lobby and the living spaces. The forecourt is merged with additional 500 sq. ft area which is connected by a huge sliding gate and is gracefully landscaped creating different levels and outdoor sitting area. The rear court is sunken to the basement level so as to give proper light and ventilation to the Basement area which can be used for large gatherings and parties.
